Frequently Asked Questions
When can we expect to hear from a representative regarding available options?
We anticipate contacting deposit holders following the 2025 US Open and after Arthur Ashe Stadium full series courtside subscribers/ hospitality clients, full series suite holders and official US Open partners have reviewed their opportunities. After that process is complete, we will reach out to deposit holders in order of priority.
What are the benefits to joining the waitlist?
Placing a deposit gives you earliest access to explore US Open Premier Courtside Club options in the transformed Arthur Ashe Stadium after Arthur Ashe Stadium full series courtside subscribers/hospitality clients, full series suite holders and official US Open sponsors have reviewed their opportunities.
Does joining the waitlist guarantee an opportunity to purchase club seating?
No, it does not. All club seating is subject to availability. While placing a deposit holds your place in line, it does not guarantee an opportunity to purchase due to an expectation of significant demand.
How many deposits do I need to place to join the waitlist?
Only 1 deposit is required per customer. When placing your deposit, you will be asked to answer a few questions, including the number of seats or sessions you are interested in purchasing (purchase limits may apply).
